Crafting Embroidery

At Studio Oblivion, hand embroidery is not a word we use lightly. For us the word means the hands, the thread, the lace and the beads meticulously placed with precision that are behind every single trial and design. 

Our founder, sewers and embroidery ladies sit in front of this exact embroidery frame for hundreds of hours to create a one-of-a-kind design pieces just for you.

Working with the best embroidery ladies in New York, developing different techniques at Studio Oblivion is a masterclass. Seeing couture embroidery paired with innovative construction is refreshing. Every inch of the design has been obsessed over.

The Material: Wearing the Moonlight

100% of the clothing you can find at Studio Oblivion - loungewear, lingerie and dresses are made with silk. 

The material itself is held to a high standard. The higher quality the silk, the more lustrous it holds. Our founder chooses the best of Korean and Japanese silk that are woven with long fiber, to curate more light into each design. Our silk holds liquid luster and forms an experience we describe as "wearing the moonlight on your body."

Even the raw material shines like a string of Pearls under the light. 

The Care: Un-bleached, Un-dyed Organic Supima Cotton

By using un-bleached and un-dyed Organic Supima cotton for the gusset in all our underwear, Studio Oblivion prioritizes the body’s most delicate needs.
