Refund policy

POLICY: 

STUDIO OBLIVION will accept returns or exchange in sizes on unworn merchandise with all original tags attached within 10 calendar days after your order is delivered. The products listed below, but not limited to are considered FINAL SALE：

- Underwear

- Garter

Please note: items that have been tried on with direct skin contact which show any signs of wear will not be accepted. Signs of wear can include, but are not limited to, deodorant marks, pet hair, missing tags, odor or fragrance. We recommend always wearing your own under layer garment when first trying on your purchase.

Once your return is delivered back to us, our team will thoroughly inspect all items ensuring they are in new condition. This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return is delivered back to us. If your return is accepted, you will receive a notification of your refund via email.

STUDIO OBLIVION reserves the right to refuse any returns and exchanges that are received worn, damaged, or does not comply with the aforementioned policies. In the instance that a return is received in unacceptable condition, your return will be canceled, and the item will be shipped back to you.

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURN: 

STUDIO OBLIVION charges a $15 return fee per package on all returns for refund or exchange within  the United States.

STUDIO OBLIVION offers international return shipping. The fee for international shipping will be determined case by case, depending on country and region.
